Fine. When you upgrade to Windows 2000 & Exchange 2000, consider these issues and be
screwd with TCO and other costly operations:

1.DID YOU KNOW that when you install Active Directory disk caching is disabled?
2.DID YOU KNOW that the most basic installation of the
Active Directory database is 60-70 times larger than a similar NDS database?
3.DID YOU KNOW that, contrary to Microsoft's misleading marketing claims, Windows 2000
is probably NOT 24% faster than your Windows NT 4.0 in your environment?
4.DID YOU KNOW that, unlike NDS, you cannot partition Active Directory?
5.DID YOU KNOW that Microsoft recommends no more than 5000 users in a group?
6.DID YOU KNOW that Active Directory doesn't support popular LDAP
interoperability features?
7.DID YOU KNOW that Windows 2000 may crash non-Microsoft DNS servers?
