No problems here... running v5.09, with multiple domains, multiple "nobody"
aliases, and the internal IMail DB. We've had all sorts of problems with
all sorts of Windows NT apps, but IMail is about as rock-solid as they get.

Now, I've never worked with this FtGate product. However, if an IMail
system has "no real users," as described in the messages below, then you
have "no real mailboxes," and it seems obvious that users won't be able to
mail each other. After all, according to this setup, the users don't really
exist... and how can they communicate if they don't exist?

Can someone explain the logic of setting up a domain without at least one
user? I've seen this in forwarding situations (like pointing a .net and
.org domain to the .com), but in situations where users need to send and
receive mail from that specific domain, how can this be logical?

Perhaps I'm missing something here, but this seems like a flaw within the
IMail setup, and not within IMail itself.

There's my 2 cents... don't spend it all in one place. :-)
