No large attachments & they are from random dates. I checked webmail & thay
aren't showing up there, either.
Can I delete or rename the file where all of the mail is stored in the hopes
that a new one would be created?

May be that Outlook is not completing the download and sending the message
back to the server that all emails were received. Emails with very large
attachments are often the culprit here. Try logging into webmail and
deleting them from there.

I'm running Imail 8.22.
One of the users has about 9 emails that keep coming back.
You can delete them & within the hour they will come back, repeatedly.
There appears to be no rhyme or reason for this, as a couple are test
messages from Outlook, a couple are spam, & the rest are legit emails.
This does not happen with all emails, just this stubborn bunch of 9!
Any suggestions?
