Hi, Where would I check that, in the same screen where I canged the user ID? I'm allready in contact with Ipswitch and they told me about that setting as well but I cannot find it anywhere.

Worked for me, using your username... Judging from the error message, my guess is that the 'Collaboration User' setting may have been disabled (or never set) and you checked the box to 'change the Collaboration user'. Try without enabling that checkbox and see what happens... Hi, Using IMail 2006.2 I wanted to try the feature to rename a user as there was a typo in the user when it was created. However, when I go to the webadmin, to the user properties and click on Rename User ID I can indeed enter a new user ID. I had b.boonstra_ and wanted to remove the underscore. After clicking on save I get: Error Message Colaboration user not found Have I found a bug, is this fixed in 2006.21? Or... am I doing something wrong, although I can't see what I could do wrong as there is only one entrybox for the new name and a save and cancel button.
