I've got the full-blown Collaboration stuff, so maybe if you don't, it does not show...
But the error is definitely Collaboration related and I assumed your configuration was like mine. Yes, it is on the same 'rename user' screen, just below the 'new user id' field. Actual text for the check box is: Rename Corresponding Collaboration User Daniel Donnelly PS: If the user did get renamed and you do not have Collaboration, then I don't think the error message is significant (but yes, it should not be triggered, in this case). Judging from the error message, my guess is that the 'Collaboration User' setting may have been disabled (or never set) and you checked the box to 'change the Collaboration user'.
