Greetings: We are experiencing the same problem. Ours started last Monday (June 24th) or there around. It's like the client times out when receiving then tries to get them all again before it finished. There is no consistencies that I can see. It happens to Outlook as well as Outlook Express. The time interval between checks is different too; some are at 10 min others at 1 min. The CPU and memory usage on the server is the same as always. I just ran a defrag too. Our webmail is showing one at a time, but some clients are getting dups and trips, while other clients are working fine with no issues at all.
