lol, maybe i didn't understand your problem... You've an outlook downloading one time an another the same message, it never download and it never is deleted from server, is it right?
So, if it's your problem, i said we had it time ago. We found that was caused by panda on client box with small messages... we found a solution doing: * When outlook couldn't download messages, tried to download this account in another computer. All messages come in, so there was a OS or software problem. That computer was been Spyware,Malware,virus cleanned (it was clean...), OS repaired, updated and reinstalled Panda Antivirus. Until today is working fine. It's just a suggestion... PS: Check if messages blocking account are 1KB aprox,..., are these messages spam? Did you think about to run an antispam system before MTA like ASSP??
