Might be a good idea to read some of the many past posts on this subject,
including very good answers as to why you do not want 2, or even 1 character
usernames.

Why was this limitation ever created in the first place?  Is there some RFC
somewhere that specifies a minimum of three characters?  What was the
original thinking behind this?  Has Ipswitch fixed this in the newer
versions?

I have a customer who wants a 2 char email address... the interface says it
must be three, but I think I remember there was some way around this,
perhaps a registry trick... I figured I would check with the list before I
experiment...
