I went to the SMTP Service Settings page in 2006.21 (the page shows 9.20,
services page shows 9.20 and 9.21) and clicked on Help.
The section "Security Options [title="popup219456567"
href=javascript:toggleInline('13122_5')]" had no mention of the copyall
feature.
In fact, the hidden sections (Mail Relay through Advanced) had the same
text:
Electronic junk mail or junk newsgroup postings. Some people define spam
even more generally as any unsolicited email. However, if a long-lost
brother finds your email address and sends you a message, this could hardly
be called spam, even though it's unsolicited. Real spam is generally
advertising for some product sent to a mailing list or newsgroup, and not
only wastes people's time with unwanted email, but consumes a lot of
bandwidth.
Anyway, I suspect it's comma-separated like the mailbox forward field.

We're currently using the copy all option for a client but now need to add
another client to this option. Do we just put the other copyall address in
there separated by a comma?
Thanks,
Bill
