Troy I'm not sure if I got you right... Does the ETRN client server always get the very same IP address (192.168.0.1) if he dials in? As this private address cannot be routed within the internet, it will only work within an existing private network. Did you grant the IP address 192.160.0.1 the SMTP rights at the SMTP security (Mail relay) settings?
