I have an exchange server I want to have dial into and ISP, and retrieve the domain's e-mail waiting for it on my server. I read document im-19980116-dm01 and I am confused. The mail server holding the mail will be mailnncorp.com the exchange server will be pulling mail for valentinesystems.com. In the valentinesystem.com zone, I added the following mx record: valentinesystems.com [10] MX mail.nncorp.com I added an entry into the hosts file: 192.168.0.1 vsfs1.valentinesystems.com For this test, I set SMTP to relay mail for anyone... **NOTE: before introducing the ms exchange server to the situation, I am trying to test the queueing of all mail sent to valentinesystems.com. I send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and I look in imail's queue and immediately a message is generated to [EMAIL PROTECTED] The following message is returned to the postmaster: Invalid final delivery userid: walter Original message follows.
