We had one of our users hit with joe-job.
We had to delete his email address and we installed a gateway after that :)
He got somewhere between 5 and 10 million return emails within 3 days or so.

home address as the return address, it would amount to the same thing.
It's almost impossible to stop at this point and all you (he) can do is ride
out the storm until the current spammer is done with this round of messages.
