IN the Event Logs I got this when I restarted the service.

 

A process serving application pool 'IClient .NET 2.0' exceeded time limits
during shut down. The process id was '5960'. 

 

 

 

Nothing in the Application log pointing to this situation at all.

Is this the same problem everyone else is getting?  How do I fix this
besides restarting IIS after the phone starts ringing off the hook?
