We are experiencing intermittent issues with browser access and mail reading. We are at 2006.03 due to issues we had with 2006.2. We have not went to 2006.21 due to the browser issues not being corrected.
We are getting calls from users saying they can log in and see mail, but when moving to another message or double-click to open another message, nothing happens. The select bar, orange bar that highlights the message when selected does not moved. The first message is highlighted and does not change when the user selects another message. Seems the functionality of the select bar is gone. This happens in each folder. Messages cannot be read or deleted. When we go to the system all looks OK and the problem is gone. Seems to happen often and is short lived. Is anyone else experiencing this. When the browser support goes wrong, we usually get script errors to go on, in this case, nothing like that. James W.
