Hi John, I would recommend upgrading to the current version as well as switching to a SQL database for the collaboration config.

I believe the version we're currently running is ICS Premium Edition 2006.1 . My question involves intermittent inability to select users to grant permissions to client resources, like the calendar in Outlook. Sometimes you can click Tools / Share / Settings / Access button and it will pop the list of users from the server. Sometimes it will not, presenting instead an error box as follows: Window title: WSOLAddin Window contents: Failed to retrieve access levels from server! As I said, it is intermittent. Sometimes a client can go through the process and it works, and sometimes it does not. We do have a very large user base within the domain, today showing 13,685 accounts. Education - lots of student accounts. Could it be something so simple as a timeout? If so, can that timer be extended anywhere? Aside from the minimal ironic humor of seeing SOL on an error message, this is extremely frustrating. Any insight to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
