I didn't know this product, but these response systems only works if a) the sender don't use such a system b) the response-Mail is not treatead as spam c) the sender adress exists and the email orginates from the real sender. Most spam/virus mails send with stolen/nonexisting mails. That will produce a lot of backscatter (wich will be sortet out, but produces lots of load an traffic)...

I think you can define a ruleset to catch mails, which should not be aproved. Have a look at ASSp and offer them the Installation and maintainance instead... It will stop the spam without anoying senders.
