Sorry if this has been covered, but I couldn't find info for it in my
forum archive... has anyone used Choice Mail and have any comments on
it? One client has requested it, but I don't know the pricing (they
don't disclose it on the site). Seems to be a proxy that only allows
emails in from your white list - everything else is blocked, or, more
specifically, sends out an email to them to authenticate themselves
and, if you approve them, then you get the message (and they are
added to your whitelist).
Is it expensive?
Worthwhile?
Create more headaches in that they stop receiving other things such
as newsletters, etc., that they forget to white list? I'm all for
blocking spam; I just don't want to open up a customer service can of worms....
