Wow...this if fixing to be a problem with us. I had to setup rules to delete the bounce back messages since McAfee Webshield does not do any type of queries to determine if the email exist...it just sends everything in. I am getting ready to go to either a Barracuda or IronPort solution that uses LDAP. We have several alias email addresses here. Does anyone have any experience setting up LDAP using Alias addresses or a work around?

Since Imail does not publish the aliases in LDAP it refuses everything that is an alias. I tried reading an Ipswitch KB article that is supposed to help with this, but I had no luck. I noticed that my SMTP gateway server IP was in the Control Access List as to deny email from it. I removed it from the list and after about 15 minutes it pops back up in there. Does anyone know why this might be happening and how to stop it? I did turn on verbose logging so I am going to download those now to take a look. Travis
