I assume it is available somewhere else like the patch page?

I am happy to say I was wrong in my email. It would have been pretty sad to pay for fixes.

They just released a fix for Imail 2006 but only available to current service agreements. It not a new upgrade its a damn fix for a defective product and they want to be paid for it.

All fixes to a product that I paid for should be available.
I understand new features but when its a fix going from .22 to .23 it should be available for FREE.

I paid for a support agreement and got nothing for year and a half.
