My bad (or "blind") - I had the window in partial screen and didn;t see the links below...I just saw the "Enter Serial Number" box and assumed that was a new procedure to get to patches..

Thanks for straightening me out.

Randy,

Are, you entering your serial number in the "Upgrade to the newest
major version" form? If so, the page that is returned to you shows if
you have a valid service agreement or not and then tries to "Upgrade"
you to a higher version (like I have just Imail, and it tries to get
me to buy plus or Imail w/ Antivirus). This page is not the actual
download page though. Just back-up and click the download link for
2006.23 which is right below the original form and you should be able
to download the new version without a problem.

We have an active service agreement, but have elected NOT to install any

any upgrades.

With that being said, we have been able in the past to successfully download
all the versions of 2006 that have come out before now with no issues.
however, when trying to download the latest release, we are being asked to
pay for the upgrade.

A reply back to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] asking why has not returned a
response yet. We will be emailing support this morning inquirying about
this and hopefully get it resolved.
