We have an active service agreement, but have elected NOT to install any version of 2006 yet due to the issues stated thruout since it's release. We were waiting on a stable version of 2006 to be released before performing any upgrades.

With that being said, we have been able in the past to successfully download all the versions of 2006 that have come out before now with no issues. however, when trying to download the latest release, we are being asked to pay for the upgrade.

A reply back to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] asking why has not returned a response yet. We will be emailing support this morning inquirying about this and hopefully get it resolved.

Anybody with 2006+ can download this release. If you have an activated
version of 2006, then you can install this release.

They just released a fix for Imail 2006 but only available to current
service agreements.
It not a new upgrade its a damn fix for a defective product and they
want to be paid for it.

All fixes to a product that I paid for should be available.
I understand new features but when its a fix going from .22 to .23 it
should be available for FREE.

I paid for a support agreement and got nothing for year and a half.
