Any clues on how to do that?

Correct - a telnet to your IP on 25 shows:
220 ospweb02 (IMail 9.21 24005-11) NT-ESMTP Server X1
If I telnet to mail.ltcconnection.com I get:
220 LTCConnection.com (IMail 9.21 24083-17) NT-ESMTP Server X1

You need to setup your main IP'd domain to have a fully qualified domain
name in Imail.

Rod maybe an example will help. I don't think I am explaining this right.

We have imail set up with the main IP of 64.7.207.173 and the host name is
OSPWeb02. Under this, we have numerous email accounts set up with differnt
domains as virtual emails.

Example, mail.kathyltc.com is on IP 64.7.202.222 along with many others.
WHen they do a reverse look up, is it being rejected because the domain name

is kathyltc.com but the host name is OSPWeb02 so it doesnt' match?

Is there another way to set up these emails so we don't have this problem?

What host name do you HELO/EHLO with?

Thanks Rod, How do I tell what HELO/EHLO we use?

It should be the Official Host Name of the IMail Server in question.

Os since our official host name is OSPWeb02, we would have to change that

to
get this to right itself? but with all these different domains, there is
no
way to have it match the domain in question each time.

OSPWeb02 is *NOT* valid! The "official host name" MUST be a FQHN!

What is a "domain in question"?
