Bill, 

 

I've seen this before when there is something in a subject or an email
address that causes the .xml file to become invalid.

 

Couple of questions:

 

1)     Are they getting this on all of their folders? or just the Inbox or
another folder?

2)     Have you tried deleting the .uid and .xml files for the offending
folder?

3)     Would it be possible to send me the .mbx file or at the least, the
.xml file?

4)     What version of IMail?

Don't want to delete their files so any ideas? Everyone else's web interface
works fine.
