Couple of questions: 1) Are they getting this on all of their folders? or just the Inbox or another folder? 2) Have you tried deleting the .uid and .xml files for the offending folder? 3) Would it be possible to send me the .mbx file or at the least, the .xml file? 4) What version of IMail?
