You'll see a log line stating "unacceptable mail address in MAIL FROM" if it is in the Kill File. However you could also see that if "Check Valid Sender" is enabled.

As in, if I do not see some sort of log file entry for a particular email, is it safe to assume it is not even hitting the IMAIL server?
