If you have deleted the logs that's why it's showing conversations missed that are no longer there (the conversations were in those logs). For those users, go into the registry - HKLM/software/ipswitch/messenger server/domains/your domain name/users/username and look at the key "queue conversations". If you delete the contents of that value the missed conversations dialog will stop appearing. You can also find this information in the KB at http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/MI-20071213-KF01.htm
