That worked.. thanks.. I have been deleting conversations manually
because I keep getting script errors when loading the Conversation Store
such as this and it doesn't load the page completely.

 {BA989FD9-9796-4597-ADAF-E2C07AA944BC}.log
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'
Script timed out
/IAdmin/iim/ConversationStore.asp
When I delete the conversation and refresh, it usually goes away. Any
ideas?

If you have deleted the logs that's why it's showing conversations
missed that are no longer there (the conversations were in those logs).
For those users, go into the registry - HKLM/software/ipswitch/messenger
server/domains/your domain name/users/username and look at the key
"queue conversations". If you delete the contents of that value the
missed conversations dialog will stop appearing. You can also find this
information in the KB at

I know this is DB is for Imail but people are complaining that the IM
program flags missed conversations when there is actually none.
I tried deleting log files.. any thoughts?
