I'll chime in here.  Acronis is a HUGE disappointment.  Paired with their
engineers being from Russia and only working during Russian hours made it
hard to get any help aside from the junior guys who knew as much as I did.
Ghost is flawless.

I have used Acronis and I love it's gui and for certain things but I have 
had a few problems with it.  I clone a lot of drives and the simplest and 
most bulletproof is Symantec Ghost, never fails - Windows server, 
workstation or Linux.
