I am looking at the setting for Delay between recipients in the SMTP Advanced tab. Ipswich says the following.

I am looking to limit the rate at which certain users can submit bulk emails to our server that tend to overload the server. All I would like is to slow the rate at which the messages are accepted when sent to multiple users from the same individual. Thanks, Todd Hunter Smart Mail
