[IMail Forum] Page Cannot Be Displayed - IAdmin

New 2006 IMail install and when launching IAdmin get a page cannot be 
displayed.  Everything looks right for the site settings in IIS.  Only 
thing I wonder about because I had a simliar issue with another app is 
that there is no .NET 1.1, only 2.0.  The other app I have won't bring 
up its page unless .NET 1.1 is enabled.
