Hi Jeffery, What version of IMail did you install? Not knowing whether "new" means "most recent version" or "fresh, but clean, older version", there was an issue that required .NET 1.1 be installed prior to .NET 2.0 on older versions prior to the 2006.2 release. You could use .NET 2.0 but you had to have installed .NET 1.1 first.
