Thanks for your ideas.

Do you think it could be something with the OS that could cause this?
I have rebooted the server to no avail.
I have asked them to send mail to another vhost on the same server. If there
is something with the server then that message should show up garbled as
well.

All of a sudden we have a customer whose email attachments doesn't arrive
correctly.

The code 3D is added all over the place. Like this:

<p class=3DMsoNormal><font size=3D2 face=3DArial>

I don't see anything strange in the logs and we have another identical
server that does not show this behaviour.

Does anyone have any idea of what can be causing this and how I can fix it?

That looks like ordinary quoted printable encoding for the "=" character.

Clearly something is not identical between the two if one is showing the
problem and the other is not. A search for the differences would help- but
where to look. Here is a good starting place:

If there is any message re-writing going on (addition of headers, subject
modifications, etc) then it is possible one of those features is damaging
the MIME envelope and causing the quoated-printable encode/decode sequence
to go awry in the server that's having the issue.

Hope this helps,

_M
