I'm sticking with IMail, because there has been continual improvement.
The imailsrv PERL script handles the address confirmation problem, so I
don't sweat that anymore.
The new ability to set up rules for each list is a godsend for a moderator.
I use the rules to catch junk, profanity and to stifle flameups, and to
screen out certain senders (the killfile message enrages them, but a filter
just catches the message.
The authorized poster mode is cool, too, because it allows me to let a dozen
people post on a list with 700 subscribers, and allows me to let any of the
authorized senders send from more than one address, without receiving
messages at each.
Other list servers have these features, and more I suppose, and perhaps a
year from now if there's no automatic removal for bounces, I might change my
tune, because that's now at the top of my wish IMail List Server list - but
I'm satisfied with the progress I'm seeing.
