look in : c:\{imailinstall-dir}\spool\sysMMDD.txt and see what the log
file says when
Imail receives and rejects a msg.
If the log lines are not clear, then in controlpanel:imail:smtp:debugging
check that box to get more verbose logging.
If it is a public mail server, what is you Imail domain name so we can
check your DNS records?
