We have customers sending emails, using MS Outlook, and attaching MS Word
files. When you view the message over the webmessaging, the message is:

Nameofthefileattach.doc (Binary Attachment)
Error reading message

The link is clickable, but the attachment comes up all gibberish... Is this
an outlook error, or is this web messaging?

One thing we also noticed, is that on the list of messages page, how it
normally has a little graphic with a paperclip next to it (meaning it has
an attachment), these message don't have that.

Now, we have tested this and can duplicate it on our server (IMail 6.02,
with HKSI's templates). It only fails when using Outlook. Outlooks Express
works just fine. Don't know...

Any ideas?

Thanks!
