IMail uses either its built-in database, the NT database on the server,
or an external ODBC database (most use Access or SQL Server 7).
We have a little utility called EZSignUp that does what you're needing
for either IMail's built-in database, or an external database. All you
need is IIS running on the same server. You can demo it at
