the pb could be that Imail is sending the msg to Exchange ok, Exchange
receives it, but at the end of handshake, Imail doesn't get confirmation,
so queues the msg. I think I had this once, but it cure itself.

controlpanel:imail:smtp, your can set the period in min's between retries
and how many retries. This pair of number applies to all Imail retries,
going to exhange, but also for mail going from your local users out to
internet.
