Hrm... This sounds good, but i've confirmed that the destination server was not dialed 
up at the time.  Also, when this happens, (It's fairly sporadic...) there is no recipt 
of the "bounced" message.

Well, i've got it set to 30 mins/try and 20 tries, but I've watched a message loop for 
5 minutes (about 4 tries) and get bounced... 

Thanks for the suggestions, Len.  Still looking for ideas, though.
