Yes, it can, but for small lists that don't change frequently, and don't
have folks that subscribe and unsubscribe, your needs may be better met
by using "aliases". For example, you can have an alias of
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" that points to a list of real "user"
accounts. These alias lists can be easily administered from the WebMail
interface by the host ("domain") administrator.
List servers are more conventially used for purposes such as this forum,
where people subscribe, unsubscribe, and post questions.
