Status Update:
It's been a total of 4 days since we purchased and installed the HKSI
template set. We have amazing success with it!!!
Our clients have FLOODED us with e-mail praising the look, feel AND
functionality of the "new system". Even the administrative
functions are much easier to access and use.
The only function that we'd love to see : Quick stats available to the
user as to how much total disk space they are allocated,
how much is used and how much is left. Apparently this is a function that
Ipswitch has to incorporate into iMail directly in order
for HKSI to provide it via the templates. (are you listening Ipswitch? --
we've finally made our clients happy with web messaging --
let's keep 'em happy)
