I think they are having trouble with their own software. I e-mailed tech
support a week or so ago and they almost refused to help me because my email
name was not on the list ... the same email name I am using right now and
has been on the list for some time. If it were not on the list, you would
not see this message.

I noticed the same when I upgraded from 5.8 to 6.2
Web server seems to be slower.
