Hi Charles,
Have you seen which service is causing the processor usage by using the NT
task manager. We are currently seeing a 100% processor issue when querying
the IMail LDAP server using a different webmail product to issue LDAP
queries.
I have also seen some instances of the web messenging service going to 100%
but that was on older versions.
