How will this effect remote users using pop/smtp access?

will they have to use the smtp authentication?

Subject: [IMail Forum] ORBS Solution

Hi All,

I have found the solution to get ORBS.ORG off our backs.
Set SMTP Security to "Relay mail for local hosts only"
Then edit the accept.txt file to contain any domain you want to allow to
relay mail.
This includes all your local hosts, whether they are dedicated to an IP
address or if they are virtual hosts.
Do not put an asterisk or an @ sign, the syntax should be as follows

alloweddomain1.com
alloweddomain2.com

This seems to work great for blocking out unwanted senders and removing
yourself from the ORBS database.
