Help says the following for Account access disabled: "Select this option to
prohibit the user from accessing the account remotely through POP3 or IMAP4.
This option allows you disable the account without changing the user's
password or removing them from the system"
I'm not sure what this means. I disabled a test account and was still able
to send and receive mail, both from web view and from Outlook.
Is there a way to force only web view mail usage and not permit
sending/receiving via a mail client?
