Use a userid of test and a password of test.

This setup has all the Imail pages loading in a frame. What we want to do is
have each Imail page laod in a new frameset so the banner ad at the top is
refreshed with each page view.

IMail doesn't use IIS it uses its own web server. Maybe someday they will
write an API so that IIS can be used.
