We have a problem with our Netscape users failing to SMTP authenticate
against our server.  The problem crops up sporatically, and when we start
and stop the SMTP server it goes away.  The issue has come up in the past,
but is now starting with increasing frequency.   Today, we had to start and
stop the SMTP the server 3 or 4 times, and our clients are getting very
anxious.  Any help on this?
