With less than 100 users, I really don't think this will create an 
abundancy of excess load (assuming they are average users). If you are 
experiencing performance issues now already, you may wish to split all of 
your mail services off to an additional server, though. Most admins feel 
that having their Internet services on the same iron as their internal file 
and print services poses a security risk that they'd rather not deal with. 
Putting file and print services on another segment, or at least another 
subnet (a private, non-routable block) add's another abstraction layer 
between you and the world.

As far as your users' outgoing mail is concerned, you could change their 
ports to the IMail server, however if you send the mail to WebShield, it 
will handle and relay it appropriately. It may be wise for you to do it 
this way, to ensure that you aren't distributing virii yourself. Hope this
