[IMail Forum] netscape mail not authorizing all of a sudden

in the last two days we have had several calls from users using netscape mail
saying that they are not being authorized when sending mail.
web mail works tho.
outlook and eudora are working.

nothing has been changed on our ends. and whats wierd too is that we fix
them then the next day they won't authorize again.
???

oh yea imail 5.08. been running for seveal months. might be 5.09.
