Joshua,
You need to set the "Official Host Name" for the domain to
"udtcorp.com", and have the alias of "mail.udtcorp.com". This was easier
to change around mid-stream with v6.02 and prior, because you could go
through the Add Host dialog and choose to Save Changes without creating
a new host.
I haven't tested v6.03 thoroughly with this, but I believe if you go
through the "Add Host" wizard, and choose the same IP number as your
current "mail.udtcorp.com", it will change the official host name to
whatever you put it. You can also try doing it through the registry
editor (you didn't hear it from me :).
Not sure why Ipswitch made it so hard to change the official host name
for a domain, as it is VERY common to set it up as "mail.something.com"
and then change your mind later, as you have done.
