Hey, if they have DSL, they're "always on" and their Exchange, if it's on a 
public fix ip, can receive/send mail with your being involved.

Have you given them a fixed ip and can the Exchange server be seen at that 
ip address?

If Exchange is behind NAT, then ETRN is the Way To Go.
